I just read a release from the CDC on a study completed on all of the early deaths in the US. The amounts and causes varied by state and cause but of the top five causes of death they were up to 39% preventable. That means that 4 of 10 people who died of something other than old age were dying of lifestyle choices. Information like this fires my passion even more. Every person I help is one more grandparent who gets to see a grandchild get married, or one less parent who has to bury a child. Improving your health does not have to be either drastic of painful. Small changes in our lifestyle over time will allow this number to drop dramatically.
