I get asked all the time about how to lose weight. Although I understand the desire to be thinner I firmly believe that weight is a symptom not a problem. This is like when you have a cold. The runny nose is not the problem it is just a symptom. If you take medicine to stop the runny nose and still have a cold it will come right back.
Your weight is not a problem it is just a symptom of an unhealthy lifestyle. If you lose weight but don’t change the lifestyle it will come right back. (And often bring friends!)
The best thing you can do is to start concentrating on things you have complete control over like your Healthy Habits. If you fix the problem then the symptoms will start to go away. This year I will concentrate on the simple things you can do to improve your lifestyle.
